- We are looking for a Program Manager – Warehouse Design to lead the planning, design, and detailing of Zippee’s next-generation fulfilment centres and dark stores.

- This role requires the ability to create quality, cost-effective, and compliant design solutions that align with client expectations and Zippee’s rapid growth strategy.

- The ideal candidate will bring together expertise in industrial design, interiors, regulatory compliance, and design management to deliver scalable and future-ready infrastructure.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Design Solutions – Deliver client-aligned, budget-conscious designs using current trends and innovative materials; review shop/detailing drawings from external architects.





- Design Development Support – Provide timely design and detailing support for quick-commerce/e-commerce clients pan-India; assist design lead with client presentations; coordinate with stakeholders to align design with operations.

- ISO Implementation – Maintain the ISO manual for Interiors LoB; ensure compliance with safety, IMS, Kaizen, and Business Excellence standards.

- External Architect Support – Provide detailing support for external deliverables; create standard detailing templates; prepare BOQs and quantification per approved designs.

- Organizational Imperatives – Uphold safety, compliance, and sustainability protocols; drive efficiency and continuous improvement in design delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Master’s in Planning/Project Management preferred).

- 4–8 years of experience in design management, preferably in industrial parks, warehousing, logistics, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Exposure to both small-format dark stores and large-scale warehousing environments.

- Proven track record of delivering design solutions for high-value, large-scale developments.
