Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develops and implements the company's production planning control function including but not limited to any of the following activities:
- Co-ordination with customer and commits for the shipment schedules based on production capacity and raw-material availability.
- Swiftly respond to customer queries & communicate any deviations to the plans in timely fashion
- Manpower and resource planning based on orders, production planning/coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching, material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labour variance controls.
- Sales Order Administration: Creation of SO in ERP system after verifying the PO qty, Sales Price per unit & Lead Times. Discuss & seek Site Head approvals for any variance.
- Preparation of Contract Review & PO Acknowledgment/acceptance to the customer.
- Review customer Forecasts, analyze & report variance. Enter approved FC into the ERP System.
- Co-ordinate with Materials, Production & Logistics to ensure Ontime availability of materials & On Time Delivery Performance with timely creation of dispatch advise & documents.




- Costings of new & existing products in co-ordination with engineering, production and materials functions
- Maintenance & compliance to ISO documentation related to the department & actively participate in internal & external audits.
- Project Management: Project planning, role definition, scheduling, co-ordination & Mgmt. reporting on new programs

Education, Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline
- 6-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing setting of which at least 4 years in production planning & NPI function.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems especially PO, Sales Order & Dispatch administration
- Experienced in costing of the electronics & electromechanical assemblies/products
- Well experience in use of ERP Systems preferably Microsoft D365
- Clear English communication & International Customer relationship mgmt.. experience in a Medical Device industry is highly preferred
- Adept in Project Management/Microsoft Project in New Product Introductions
