- Conduct market research to identify learner needs, industry trends, and new course opportunities.
- Design course structure, curriculum, pricing, duration, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with faculty, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and HR for content creation and course development.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless learner journey and engaging course experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on product positioning, course launches, webinars, and sales enablement.
- Monitor course performance, gather learner feedback, and continuously improve content and delivery.
- Manage project timelines, quality, costs, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Solid experience in Program Management, Product Management, Learning & Development, Content Strategy, or EdTech.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning products is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
