We are looking for an experienced Program Manager AI Programs to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

The role involves managing complex AI programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective governance, mitigating risks, and driving successful execution aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale AI and technology transformation initiatives.
- Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and AI solution providers.
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Manage program documentation, dashboards, status reporting, and executive communication.
- Support AI solution implementation by understanding AI concepts, workflows, platforms, and delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure successful transition of AI solutions into operational environments and manage ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience




- 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Project Management roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of complex technology programs.
- Hands-on experience managing large-scale AI programs and understanding AI concepts, terminologies, and workflows.
- Strong experience in program governance, delivery management, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Robust communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in the Banking / BFSI domain is mandatory.
- Experience managing large technology transformation programs is preferred.
