What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary): The Program Manager, APAC will lead and coordinate regional GSS transitions, ensuring consistent execution, governance, and stabilization of operations as markets migrate into GSS hubs. Support transition pipeline delivery during and after the GSS program. This role is designed for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to technology delivery.

The role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans, manage delivery quality, and help ensure solutions are released with the right level of readiness, control, and user alignment.

- Responsibilities): Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment.

You will

- Transition Planning: Develop detailed transition strategies and plans, incorporating tasks, timelines, dependencies, resource allocations, and phased approach for multi-tower/in-region transitions.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and align regional stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and effective communication throughout the transition. Host regular meetings to address issues, risks, and progress updates.
- Risk and Impact Assessment: Proactively identify risks and dependencies (process, people, technology), assess their impact, and design mitigation plans. Track and resolve transition-related issues efficiently.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, including Functional SMEs, Project Managers, and external vendors; coordinate between source and target teams to ensure smooth handover and operational readiness.
- Change Management: Facilitate adoption of new processes, systems, or delivery models, offering training, support, and communication for impacted teams. Drive change management activities to maximize employee engagement and minimize service disruption.
- Quality Assurance &
- Governance: Oversee transition documentation, quality checkpoints, service acceptance criteria, and success metrics.



Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, client requirements, and best practices like ITIL.
- Budget &
- Cost Management: Administer transition budgets, forecast spend and savings and optimize resource deployment to control costs.
- Reporting &
- Continuous Improvement: Provide transparent reporting on transition status, KPIs, lessons learned. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and process standardization for future transitions.

Experience

- 7 years experience in transition/project/change management within shared services or outsourcing environments.
- Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, project and program management, risk management, and process analysis.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset, organizational agility, and proven ability to motivate teams through uncertainty.
- Deep understanding of service management frameworks, e.g., ITIL, as well as Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or related field.
