We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate agriculture-related projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of project activities while coordinating with government departments, stakeholders, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor agriculture development projects.
- Coordinate with Central/State Government departments and other stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
- Prepare project plans, reports, presentations, and progress updates.
- Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation.
- Conduct field visits and review project implementation.
- Build strong relationships with government officials, NGOs, and other partner organizations.
- Ensure timely achievement of project deliverables and targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBA or
- B.Sc. in Agriculture or Allied Science
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with:
- Central/State Government Ministries or Departments
- Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs)
- Corporate Organizations
- Experience in the Agriculture sector will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Project planning and execution skills.
- Report writing and documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for field visits when required.
Preferred Candidate
- Strong understanding of agriculture and rural development projects.
- Experience working with government-funded programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
