We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution and monitoring of E4Life PhD activities, CSR/funding projects, and Heritage documentation initiatives. The role involves close coordination with students, faculty, multimedia teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution, reporting, budgeting support, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Track E4Life societal-output milestones and coordinate review meetings.

Support student travel/logistics and raise travel budget requests.





Organize and validate Heritage Project data; coordinate documentary completion and web uploads.

Support publication activities for Heritage initiatives.

Coordinate CSR/funding project scope, budgets, approvals, PR/PO/payment follow-ups, and client reporting.

Conduct weekly progress reviews and track budgets versus expenditure.

Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills

Project coordination and stakeholder management

Solid follow-up and reporting skills

Budget and purchase tracking

Documentation and meeting coordination

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Docs/Drive, and email tools

Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with experience in project coordination, research support, CSR projects, or academic administration.
