Designation: Program Advisor

Location: Noida Sector 16 Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for state-of-the-art programs across domains such as Finance, Analytics, Full Stack and Marketing
- Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments
- Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.




- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded Skill Required:
- 1-5 years of proven experience in Inside Sales using cold or warm leads
- Ability to connect with the customer and try to offer the best solution for his career. Customer needs first!
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management
- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels
- Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone,

email & face to face).

- Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers
