Wanted Professor Head for the Design School The school aims to foster design thinking and encourages problem solving with ecological sensibilities and with the objective of offering quality education within a world class infrastructure The Professor Head for the Design School will be collaborating with the senate of CARE which includes the CEO to provide academic vision leadership and financial management Responsibilities include but are not limited to o To promote a informed optimistic culture of Design across the school and a enthusiastic and collaborative atmosphere within the department o To organise the planning teaching staffing and resourcing of effective lessons in the department which will facilitate effective attainment and achievement in Design whilst working within the reasonable budgetary allowance o To ensure all statutory requirements for the teaching and assessment within the department are met o To contribute to whole school planning and evaluation as part of the Curriculum Steering group o To contribute to the establishment of new initiatives and to keep abreast of the current educational agenda to support and drive forward school improvement o Maintain the empathetic sensibility among students and staff of the Department o To moderate and motivate all departmental staff to enable the students to receive skilled education in the subject in an optimistic and effective working workplace Job Title Professor Head for the Design School Qualification and Experience Master of Design Minimum 15 Years of experience in teaching Prior Leadership Experience MUST Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Work Location In person
