- Execution Execute daily production plans as per the manufacturing schedule. Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines. Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime. Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance departments. Ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Shop Floor

SupervisionSupervise operators, technicians, and assembly personnel. Allocate manpower based on production priorities. Monitor attendance, shift discipline, and productivity. Conduct daily production meetings and shift handovers. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality

ManagementEnsure production complies with quality standards and work instructions. Reduce rework, rejection, and process deviations. Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and corrective actions. Support root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and CAPA methodologies. Safety &

- ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to EHS policies and PPE compliance. Promote secure work practices. Report and investigate safety incidents. Maintain housekeeping as per 5S standards.

Process

ImprovementDrive Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements. Improve productivity through Kaizen activities.
