Job Overview

Everon Impex is looking for an effective and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing/assembly operations in Coimbatore. We welcome both motivated freshers eager to step into factory operations management and experienced candidates looking to lead floor activities. You will be responsible for supervising shop floor workflows, tracking output, managing daily reports, and ensuring smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor Supervision: Monitor day-to-day production activities on the factory floor to ensure daily production targets are met on time.
- Workforce & Communication: Direct floor workers, assign daily tasks, and communicate work instructions effectively in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs, raw material usage, attendance, and stock updates using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure workers adhere to quality standards, reduce material wastage, and maintain safety and cleanliness rules in the workshop.
- Coordination: Coordinate with management and inventory teams to report machine downtime, material shortages,



or operational delays.

Candidate Requirements & QualificationsRequirementDetails EducationAny Degree / Diploma (Diploma/B.E in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, B.Sc, B.Com, etc.)

ExperienceFreshers & Experienced candidates both welcome

LanguagesMultilingual – Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (essential for handling diverse workers and management)

Technical SkillsBasic Computer Knowledge, MS Office, and MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, attendance & production logging)Key Competencies

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Clear communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of shop floor operations, quality checks, and inventory movement.
- Practical computer skills to update daily operational reports smoothly.
