Production Manager / Production Supervisor / Production Planner / Production Incharge / Plant Manager Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Industry: PVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing About Polycare Polycare is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality PVC conduit pipes, corrugated pipes, concealed boxes, and electrical accessories. We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined production professional who can efficiently manage daily factory operations and ensure timely production as per dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities Plan daily production according to dispatch schedules and sales requirements.

Ensure all SKUs are manufactured on time and in the required quantities.

Prepare and monitor daily production plans.

Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, purchase, and quality departments.

Ensure smooth functioning of every production stage, including:

Mixing

Extrusion/Moulding

Quality Checking

Packing

Finished Goods Handling

Ensure adequate manpower is available, including operators, helpers, mixers, and packing staff.

Monitor machine utilisation and minimise downtime.

Maintain production efficiency while reducing wastage and rejections.

Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.

Prepare daily production reports.

Maintain input material vs. output material reports.

Track raw material consumption and finished goods production.

Report production performance to management and suggest process improvements.





Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in Production Planning, Production Supervision, or Plant Operations.

Experience in PVC pipe, plastic extrusion, injection moulding, polymer, cable, packaging, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage shop-floor operations independently.

Good understanding of production planning, inventory coordination, and quality control.

Comfortable working in a factory environment.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production reporting. Experience

3 to 10 years preferred.

Candidates with strong manufacturing experience and leadership skills will be given preference. Skills
