Reporting To: VP - (Production and Operation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Ensure material availability through coordination with Purchase and Stores.
- Monitor production progress, capacity utilization, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch for smooth operations.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Prepare PPC MIS reports and analyze KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead time and improve OTIF.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 10+ years in PPC, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in footwear, leather, PPE, or manufacturing industries.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
