Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and execute production plans based on customer demand, forecasts, and inventory levels.
- Plan manufacturing schedules for cold forging, thread rolling, Inspection & Packing processes.
- Control of Outsourcing operations sequencing heat treatment, and surface finishing processes.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization, line balancing, and workflow efficiency.
- Data analytics for forecasting and capacity planning.
- Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules as needed.
- Schedule volatility and demand fluctuation efficiently. Inventory & Material Planning
- Plan raw materials such as wire rods, alloy steel, coatings, and packaging materials.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.




- Develop safety stock management strategies for critical items.
- Optimize conversion cost through efficient scheduling and changeover planning. Coordination & Operations Support
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet production targets.
- Identify bottlenecks in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
- Support current product development (NPD) by planning trial runs and pilot production.
- Develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted production and supply. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure production plans comply with industry standards (ISO, IATF, ASTM, DIN, etc.).
- Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality and reduce defects.
- Monitor rejection rates and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
