Role & responsibilities

1. Zero deviation / Noncompliance from the system / guidelines.

2. Reporting Near Miss, Unsafe condition / Act, Leakage / Spillage

3. Zero PPE violation (Safety helmet / shoes/ Googles), Others wherever applicable.

4. Awareness on the Guidelines / system (MSDS, PPE usage, chemical compatibility, etc.)

5. Attending trainings as per Schedule.

6. Achieving production targets as per Standard Batch cycle time without any delays.

7. Monitoring critical process parameters, chemical tankers loading and unloading through DCS.

8. In process sampling, final sampling coordinating with QC and collecting results on time, Recycling the samples collected.

9. Coordinating with warehouse for Planning of Raw materials availability on floor for the shift

10. Defacing the labels / decontamination of Used / Empty RM bags / drums and send to scrap yard within shift.

11. Consumption of Tail Qty's RM / FG drained as per FIFO in concurrent next shift.

Updating all the documents online (Checklist, Scrubber register, Drums random weight, Weighing balance verification register, etc.)

13. Maintaining the RM's, FG & packing materials on shop floor in its designated area.

14. Reporting & Coordinating with Engineering & maintenance team to avoid delays due to break downs.

15. Maintaining Valuable Housekeeping / 5S in the work area.

16. Effective Utilization of Utilities (CT Water, Chilled water, Steam, N2, Air etc.)

17. Zero Quality Non-Compliance

18. Reporting deviation from check list / SOPs, etc.

19. Involving in Quality / Safety Incident investigation

20. Above mentioned roles and responsibilities including but not limited to may be recommended or required.
