Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the foundry and machining operations.

- Coordinate with Melting, Moulding, Core Shop, Fettling, Heat Treatment, Machining, Quality, Purchase, and Stores departments.

- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of casting orders.

- Track raw materials, alloys, consumables, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished castings.

- Plan production based on customer requirements and delivery commitments.

- Prepare daily production reports, MIS, and production status updates.

- Follow up on material availability to avoid production interruptions.

- Monitor machine capacity, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.

- Coordinate with the Quality department to ensure castings meet customer specifications.

- Maintain production records, routing sheets, work orders, and documentation.

- Work closely with Dispatch to ensure on-time delivery of finished castings.

- Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective actions.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies,



and production targets.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC) in the Casting Industry.

- Understanding of foundry processes such as Melting, Moulding, Core Making, Fettling, Heat Treatment, and Machining.

- Good knowledge of production scheduling, inventory planning, and capacity planning.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.

- Robust analytical, planning, and coordination skills.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

- 1–2 Years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) in a Casting / Foundry Manufacturing Company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
