Tool Room Planning

- Plan current tool manufacturing activities.

- Schedule preventive maintenance of tools and dies.

- Monitor tool repair and modification activities.

- Ensure tool availability as per production requirements.

- Maintain tool inventory and planning records.

Production TD Planning

- Plan machining schedules based on customer requirements.

- Monitor machine loading and production capacity.

- Track WIP (Work in Progress) and minimize production delays.

- Ensure material availability before production starts.

- Coordinate with Stores for raw material and finished goods movement.

Material & Inventory Control

- Monitor raw material, inserts, consumables, and tool availability.

- Follow up with Purchase for shortages.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels.

- Coordinate with Stores for timely issue of materials.

Production Monitoring

- Compare actual production against the plan.

- Identify bottlenecks affecting production.

- Follow up on pending jobs.

- Prepare production status reports.
