Key Responsibilities

- Production Scheduling: Create master production schedules (MPS) and daily/weekly execution plans based on sales forecasts and current inventory.

- Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Analyze raw material needs, ensure stock levels are sufficient before production starts, and collaborate with the procurement team to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

- Capacity & Resource Allocation: Evaluate workforce, machinery, and tool availability to optimize factory capacity and eliminate production bottlenecks.

- Monitoring & Tracking: Track real-time production progress against the plan. Identify delays early and adjust schedules dynamically to keep delivery dates on track.

- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Generate regularly updated reports on production efficiency, machine downtime, and order fulfillment rates.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central bridge linking Sales, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
