GoEco Products Pvt Ltd is a growing eco-friendly moulded-fibre packaging manufacturer at Neemrana, Rajasthan. Our forming process is plastics-based, and we are looking for a Production Manager / Head to own end-to-end plant production delivering output, quality, cost and safety targets while building a modern, data-driven, well-run operation.

You will lead the full production organisation — shift supervisors, operators and the wet-end and maintenance teams — and be the single owner of the plant's Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the production plan and deliver output, OEE and on-time targets across both shifts; plan capacity, manpower and materials.
- Drive quality and yield; reduce rejections, scrap and fibre wastage through structured problem-solving.
- Lead cost reduction — power, consumables, spares, manpower productivity — and improve throughput.
- Build and enforce systems: SOPs, MIS/KPIs, 5S, Lean / TPM / Kaizen, and daily production review off the dashboard.
- Own machine uptime jointly with Maintenance; coordinate stores, dispatch and procurement.
- Drive recent-product and new-mould industrialisation, trials and scale-up.
- Lead people: hiring, training, appraisal (KRA-based),



discipline and shift-team development.
- Ensure EHS and statutory compliance on the shop floor; champion a safety-first culture.
- Report production performance to management with clear MIS and dashboards.

Must-Have Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Production Engineering.
- 10–18 years in manufacturing/production, including a production leadership / managerial role.
- Background from thermoforming, plastic injection-moulding, plastics-processing or packaging manufacturing.
- Strong in production planning (PPC), OEE, Lean / TPM / Kaizen, cost control, MIS and team leadership.
- Sound understanding of moulds/tooling, presses, utilities (compressed air, vacuum, thermic-fluid heating) and automation.

Preferred: CIPET qualification is a plus. Note: Moulded-fibre / pulp experience is NOT required — plastics, thermoforming and injection-moulding manufacturing experience is what matters; the wet-end process is supported in-house.
