Role Description The Production Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee the end-to-end management of immigration service delivery related to Canadian pathways, ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with client needs. This full-time, on-site role in Canada involves planning and coordinating daily operations, monitoring case progress, allocating resources, and maintaining quality standards across documentation, client communication, and internal workflows.

The Production

Manager will collaborate closely with consultants and support staff to prioritize cases, resolve operational issues, and meet service timelines.



The role also includes tracking performance metrics, improving procedures, and supporting training initiatives to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in operations or production management, preferably within immigration services, consulting, or professional services.

Solid organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients in a professional manner.

Knowledge of or interest in Canadian immigration processes and regulatory requirements; prior exposure to visa consulting is an advantage.
