: Production Manager

Role Overview The Production Manager will lead and oversee precision component manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise in advanced machining processes and hands-on experience with specialized machines including VMC, CNC Turning, Turnmill, 5th Axis, VTL, Double Column, Wirecut, and Grinding.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules aligned with customer requirements and company goals.
- Machine Operations: Supervise and optimize utilization of VMC, CNC Turning, Turnmill, 5th Axis, VTL, Double Column, Wirecut, and Grinding machines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to aerospace quality standards and compliance with ISO/AS9100 requirements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor production staff, fostering skill development and accountability.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.
- Coordination: Collaborate with design, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Reporting:



Monitor KPIs, prepare production reports, and present performance updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on expertise in operating and managing VMC, CNC Turning, Turnmill, 5th Axis, VTL, Double Column, Wirecut, and Grinding machines.
- Solid knowledge of precision machining processes for aerospace components.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.
- Proven ability to manage production teams in a high-precision environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in precision component manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Exposure to aerospace industry standards and certifications preferred.
