Job Summary The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all production activities to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time, and within quality standards. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, managing production teams, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production operations to achieve production targets.

- Develop production schedules based on customer demand and resource availability.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.

- Manage production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



environmental, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Control production costs by optimizing labour, materials, and equipment usage.

- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.

- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
