Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee the complete manufacturing process of FRP Swimming Pools, SPA Tubs, Prefabricated Pool Panels, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
- Manage the complete production process to achieve delivery timelines.
- Supervise production staff and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Design, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor raw material availability and production inventory.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain daily production reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Implement SOPs and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Enforce workplace safety and maintain shop floor discipline.
- Train and guide production staff to improve performance.





Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
- Experience in FRP/Fiberglass, Prefabrication, Composite, Plastic, or Construction Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
