AP Electrical Solutions is a growing manufacturer of electrical products, including switches, MCBs, LED lights, tube lights, fans, and electrical accessories. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a solid background in electrical manufacturing to lead and optimize our production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations and daily production planning.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Supervise production teams, machine operators, and line supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and SOPs.
- Monitor production schedules, manpower, machine utilization, and raw material availability.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments.
- Reduce production losses, downtime, and wastage through process improvements.
- Prepare daily production reports and implement corrective actions when required.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor in an electrical manufacturing company.




- Must have hands-on experience in manufacturing products such as switches, MCBs, distribution boards, LED lighting, wiring accessories, or similar electrical products.
- Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, production planning, quality control, and factory management.
- Experience in handling production teams and achieving daily/monthly production targets.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
