Plasti Surge Industries is a leader in surgical disposables. Our Pharma Division specializes in the development and production of Field Water Testing Kits (FWTK), which are critical for ensuring water safety in rural and urban areas. We are seeking interns who are detail-oriented and eager to learn the industrial application of chemical and microbiological testing.
Role & responsibilities :
Production & Assembly: Understanding the manufacturing process of chemical reagents and the assembly of testing kits.
Quality Control (QC): Assisting in the testing of raw materials and finished kits to ensure they meet standard sensitivity and accuracy benchmarks.
Chemical Analysis: Hands-on experience with titration, pH testing, and colorimetric analysis used in detecting impurities like fluoride, nitrate, iron, and bacterial contamination.
Documentation: Learning to maintain industrial logs, batch records, and Quality Assurance (QA) documentation as per ISO standards.
R&D; Support: Assisting the senior technical team in refining testing methods for better field performance.
