Our client a leading luxury furniture and joinery manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled Production Head to oversee and drive excellence in their production facility in Bangalore Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full production cycle for joinery and high-end furniture Ensure premium quality standards are consistently achieved Optimize workflows resource allocation and efficiency across operations Oversee a large production team driving performance and training initiatives Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver bespoke luxury solutions Requirements Proven experience in joinery bespoke furniture or high-end fit-out production Robust leadership and team management skills Ability to implement systems processes and quality controls Prior experience in India or GCC is an advantage client is open to GCC-based candidates looking to relocate
