:

Assist in the production, assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical panels, switchboards, and marine/industrial systems.

Coordinate with design, quality, procurement, and stores teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Monitor daily production activities, resolve shop-floor issues, and ensure adherence to time lines.

Conduct basic inspections and support Quality Control in identifying and rectifying defects.

Prepare and maintain production reports, material tracking sheets, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, and company guidelines.

Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce errors.

Plan and execute production schedules for switchgear assembly

Ensure availability of raw materials & components

Provide technical support for assembly & wiring
