We are hiring for a Production Engineer

? Position: Production Engineer

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage daily production activities.
- Supervise day-to-day production operations.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Ensure smooth and productive production processes.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
- Work with hydraulic systems and related equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, Quality, and other departments.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials for uninterrupted production.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Supervise operators and helpers on the shop floor.
- Train and guide production team members.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the production department.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
