Production Engineer Responsibilities Production Management: Manage daily production activities to ensure output targets, process flow, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved. Monitor operations for adherence to SOPs and technical specifications.

Drawing Interpretation: Interpret complex technical drawings and convert them into executable actions for production planning, scheduling, and team coordination.

Resource

Utilization & Optimization: Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs and wastage.

Process Improvement: Continuously analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and drive lean practices to enhance overall output.

Safety Compliance: Compliance to safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure a safe working setting for all team members. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update production records, daily logs, and 15-day progress reports with key performance data including output, downtime, rework, and resource consumption.

Stakeholder Management:



Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth handoffs and effective communication.

Risk Management: Identify potential production risks, delays, or resource shortages early and develop action plans to address them proactively. Equipment & Maintenance Support: Support equipment upkeep by ensuring timely maintenance, escalating technical issues, and minimizing unplanned downtimes through coordination with the maintenance team.

Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Internal Stakeholder: Lead - Production Senior Production Engineer Key Stakeholders - External: NA Qualifications Educational Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Work Experience: 4-10 years, Precast Industry experenice.
