Role & responsibilities
( Candidates currently working in Sri City are not preferred )
- Manage daily assembly line operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth production flow with minimum downtime.
- Monitor WIP, production schedules, and material availability.
- Supervise operators and allocate manpower effectively.
- Perform line balancing and improve cycle time, takt time, and productivity.
- Ensure product quality and reduce rejection, rework, and scrap.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, and CAPA.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare daily production reports and monitor OEE.
- Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, EHS, and company standards.
