Production Coordinator

Digitoonz is hiring a Production Coordinator to support and streamline production workflows. If you are organized, proactive, and have excellent coordination and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.

Maintain production trackers and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Monitor task progress and follow up with team members.

Facilitate communication between artists, leads, supervisors, and management.

Assist in resource planning and task allocation.

Identify and escalate production bottlenecks proactively.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

- Ensure adherence to production processes and timelines.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Production Coordination, Project Coordination,



or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Basic understanding of Animation, VFX, Gaming, or Digital Production pipelines.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.

- Prior exposure to Animation, VFX, or Creative Production environments is preferred.
