Location Additional M I D C Mahad Department Production Operations About Fine Finish Industries Pvt Ltd Fine Finish Industries Pvt Ltd established in 1994 is a trusted name in the manufacturing and testing of high-quality epoxy resin systems varnishes marine products and insulation materials With ISO certifications 9001 2015 17025 17034 and 17043 and a strong global footprint we are committed to delivering excellence across industries such as electrical equipment defense aerospace composites and construction Job Summary The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations to ensure timely safe and quality manufacturing of products This role requires coordinating resources managing production schedules implementing process improvements and maintaining strict quality control The candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards productivity targets and company policies Key Responsibilities Plan organize and control production activities to meet daily weekly and monthly output targets Supervise production staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow Coordinate with QC R D and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor the availability and proper use of raw materials machinery and manpower Implement and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs and safety protocols Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve production issues promptly Maintain production records including shift reports downtime and inventory usage Identify and implement process improvements for productivity and cost-efficiency Train and guide production operators and technicians on best practices Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment Report production progress delays or abnormalities to management Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety EHS guidelines Qualifications and Skills Required B Sc in Chemistry Minimum experience of 1-2 years in a chemical industry or manufacturing plant Familiarity with batch processing and documentation Knowledge of ISO EHS and GMP guidelines Good communication and coordination abilities Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Ability to commute relocate Mahad Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Production planning 1 year Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
