Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production team in planning, coordination, documentation, and ERP operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ST ERP, basic knowledge of fabrication processes, and an understanding of engineering manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Update and maintain production data in ST ERP.

- Prepare production orders, job cards, BOM, and material requisitions.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality departments.

- Monitor daily production progress and prepare production reports.

- Follow up on material availability to ensure timely production.

- Maintain production records and documentation accurately.

- Assist in production planning and scheduling.

- Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation through ERP.

- Ensure compliance with production procedures and company standards.

- Coordinate with fabrication and assembly teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of ST ERP is mandatory.

- Basic understanding of fabrication, sheet metal, welding,



machining, and engineering drawings.

- Good knowledge of production documentation and reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

- Experience in an engineering/manufacturing company is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Production, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Coordination.

- Experience in fabrication or process equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
