Job Overview:

Responsibilities include

- Should be technical and hands-on in test program development and debugging in analog and mixed signal ATE testing.
- Develop test hardware schematics, efficiently assign resources for maximizing the multisite testing.
- Develop qualification and characterization test program across corners.
- Good understanding of test time optimization.
- Participate in yield analysis and generate limits.
- Release final production program to OSAT and monitor yield.
- Work closely with OSAT for yield enhancement and test time optimization.
- Should be able to analyze low yield, identify the root cause and to provide innovative solutions.
- Create drift reports after reliability and fine tune the production based on the drift.




- Should have positive knowledge in usage of bench equipment such as voltage source, Frequency generators, spectrum analyzers and oscilloscope.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Any Bachelors degree (in Electrical / Electronics Engineering).
- At least 6+ Years of experience in hardware design, test program development and debug with Advantest T2K is must in analog and mixed signal ATE testing.
- Knowledge on Python scripting is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should be a self-starter and drive for excellence.
