Company Description Gravitas Quotient is the world's first psychometric assessment designed to measure Leadership Presence. Our mission is to help organizations identify, develop, and transform leaders through science-backed assessments, insightful analytics, and executive coaching. We are looking for a Product & Technology Manager to own the technology ecosystem that powers our business.

This role combines product ownership, technology operations, enterprise implementation, and digital platform management to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Product Management

Own the Gravitas Quotient assessment platform and drive its continuous improvement.

Gather business requirements and translate them into product enhancements.

Define feature priorities and coordinate development with technology partners.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure high product quality before releases.

Technology

Operations

Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the application.

Monitor platform health and coordinate timely issue resolution.

Maintain documentation for product features, workflows, and technical processes.

Manage software updates, releases, and version control.

Website

Management

Maintain and update the company website.

Coordinate website enhancements, landing pages, forms, and integrations.

Work with marketing to improve user experience and website performance.

Ensure website security, backups, and uptime.

Enterprise

Deployment & Client Implementation





Lead the deployment of the Gravitas Quotient Assessment for enterprise clients.

Configure organizational structures, assessments, user accounts, reports, and dashboards.

Coordinate implementation with client HR, L&D;, and IT teams.

Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the platform.

Technical

Support

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.

Develop user guides, FAQs, and implementation documentation.

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions when required.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Technology Operations, Technical Project Management, or Enterprise Software Implementation.

Experience managing web applications or SaaS products.

Experience working with external software development teams or technology vendors.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Working knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and web technologies.

Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience in HR Tech, EdTech, Assessment Platforms, Learning Management Systems, or Enterprise SaaS.

Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflow automation.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.

Experience implementing software solutions for enterprise clients.
