SUMMARY The Product Supply Manager is responsible for strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of end-to-end product supply management for NeoLife India Private Limited, including product demand forecasting, procurement, logistics, and regulatory compliance to ensure uninterrupted product supply.

The role operates at a managerial and decision-making level, in alignment with the Operations & Finance Manager and NeoLife Headquarters - requiring independent judgement, supplier negotiations, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory oversight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demand & Supply Planning & Inventory Management

- Develop and maintain demand forecasting and supply planning using sales trends, lead times, and market insights
- Review inventory positions to optimise service levels and minimise stock-outs, excess stock, and expiry risks
- Recommend corrective actions and planning adjustments based on business data
- Provide inputs into long-term supply and sourcing strategies

2. Logistics, Import/Export & Regulatory Oversight

- Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) planning for inbound and outbound product movement
- Ensure compliance with Indian import/export, customs, and product regulations
- Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory consultants
- Monitor documentation accuracy and regulatory timelines

Regulatory awareness for this role includes familiarity with requirements administered by authorities such as:

- Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)
- Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT)
- Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC)

Key areas of regulatory awareness include:

- FSSAI licensing, product approvals, and labelling standards
- Import clearance requirements and HS code accuracy
- Shelf-life, storage, and traceability requirements
- Coordination with regulatory consultants, where applicable

This role does not require the employee to hold a personal government registration or licence; however, working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and the ability to support the company's compliance activities are expected. 3. Supplier & Procurement Management

- Serve as the primary operational liaison between NeoLife and Indian contract manufacturers, managing supplier relationships for finished goods and related services
- Oversee PO placement, order acknowledgement verification, and frequent follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead coordination of company-owned raw material/packaging component deliveries to contract manufacturers.




- Provide detailed packing instructions to contract manufacturers, with oversight of supplier production and packing operations, meeting company standards.
- Coordinate finished-goods shipping logistics from supplier to 3PL warehouses.
- Ensure proper documentation is acquired (e.g., Certificate of Analysis, packing slip) prior to product collection from supplier.
- Ensure all products meet Indian regulatory requirements (e.g., FSSAI, labelling, import/export, and other applicable regulations)
- Coordinate documentation, product registrations, and renewals with regulatory consultants and internal stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations within approved authority limits
- Review supplier performance, pricing, and service levels
- Escalate strategic sourcing risks and opportunities to senior leadership

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Act as the central point of contact between Global Supply, R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and the India commercial team
- Ensure alignment on labelling, packaging, storage, and country-specific requirements
- Provide supply-chain input into product launches and promotional planning

5. Team Leadership & Performance Oversight

- Provide managerial oversight to a developing team of supply and logistics professionals
- Set performance objectives, review outputs, and guide capability development
- Support workload prioritisation and operational risk management
- Escalate performance or capacity concerns appropriately

6. Reporting, Analytics & Governance

- Prepare management-level reports on supply performance, risks, and trends
- Track KPIs related to availability, cost efficiency, and compliance
- Use advanced Excel and reporting tools to support decision-making
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

- Cost-effective procurement and logistics outcomes
- Timely and accurate management reporting
- Effective team coordination and delivery against objectives

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this role successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty to a high standard.



The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and experience required.

Education and Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or logistics
- Experience in FMCG, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or regulated product environments preferred
- Strong experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party suppliers in a related field
- Experience in demand planning and inventory management
- Working knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks (FSSAI etc.)
- Prior exposure to import/export and regulatory coordination in India is an advantage
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 suite and ERP software company- based solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

- Strong analytical and planning capability with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills
- Commercial negotiation and supplier management experience
- Explicit written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and escalate appropriately

Language Skills Proficiency in English is required the candidate must be able to read, analyse, and communicate complex financial, regulatory, and operational information in written and verbal English. Correspondence with NeoLife's global headquarters will be conducted entirely in English. Hindi fluency is an advantage for local stakeholder management.

Work Environment Office-based role located in Noida / NCR. Occasional travel within India for distributor events, warehouse visits, government offices, or 3PL facility inspections. Standard use of computers, telecommunications equipment, and office software. Some extended hours may be required at month-end close and during peak business periods.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The Product Supply Manager carries full supervisory responsibility for any direct report(s). Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training staff; assigning and directing work; conducting performance appraisals; administering disciplinary processes; and resolving workplace issues, all in accordance with applicable Indian labour law and NeoLife's global HR policies.
