Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a related role, with a track record of owning a backlog end-to-end.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and comfort adapting frameworks to context.

Genuine enthusiasm for building solutions energized by solving real user and business problems, not just process.

Enthusiastic about AI and using AI tools in everyday work, with an open mind and eagerness to keep learning recent tools and techniques.

Solid grasp of technical fundamentals: SDLC, APIs, basic system architecture, and CI/CD awareness enough to ask sharp questions and evaluate trade-offs with engineering.

Comfortable with data: reading dashboards and KPIs, interpreting A/B test results, and using data to guide prioritization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for business stakeholders and vice versa.





Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
