Role Overview

This position combines product operations, community management, and growth . You'll help ensure the platform runs smoothly while engaging and growing its user community.

Typical Responsibilities

- Manage and engage online communities (Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, etc.).
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Monitor user feedback and convert insights into product improvements.
- Track community metrics, user engagement, and platform performance.
- Plan and execute community events, campaigns, and onboarding initiatives.
- Create documentation, FAQs, and operational processes.
- Handle escalations and ensure a positive user experience.
