About the Role:

Ambrosial is looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Operations Executive to manage the operational execution of new and existing products. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, inventory planning, vendor coordination, and timely market availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate product launch activities across Procurement, Production, Quality, Packaging, Sales, and Logistics teams.
- Track product development timelines and ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate SKU creation, product master data, and documentation.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
- Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in inventory planning and replenishment for product launches.
- Coordinate artwork, packaging, labels, and product-related approvals.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and launch status updates.
- Identify process gaps and work with teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination from product planning to market readiness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology,



or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Product Coordination, or Project Coordination.
- Freshers with strong analytical and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic reporting).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry:

Experience in Nutraceuticals, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, or Healthcare will be an added advantage.
