Job Title: Product Manager Transportation

Business Unit: ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel

About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the global Andritz Transportation portfolio machines and components used in material handling across animal feed, aqua feed, pet food, and biomass industries. You'll drive portfolio strategy, business performance, and new product development on a global scale, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the global Transportation portfolio — scope, pricing, standardization, roadmap, and lifecycle
- Support Regional Sales & Service teams alongside Industry Managers and Engineering
- Manage product profitability, sales targets, and gross margins
- Conduct market intelligence: trends, customer needs, competitor and pricing analysis
- Define USPs and value propositions for the portfolio
- Lead current product introductions and launch materials with Marketing




- Manage full product lifecycle — concept to phase-out/obsolescence
- Deliver product training internally and externally
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Innovation, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Applications teams

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong grounding in product management principles (4P marketing mix, portfolio strategy)
- Intrapreneurial mindset with solid project/product ownership experience
- Technical background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering equipment
- Commercial acumen — pricing, profitability, margin management
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent customer-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages a plus

Education: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred, with business/commercial acumen
