Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Product

Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Daily responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams, and prioritizing features based on business impact and user needs. The role involves translating market and customer insights into clear product requirements, coordinating releases, and monitoring product performance using data and feedback.

The Product

Manager will also facilitate cross-functional communication,



manage timelines and risks, and ensure products meet quality, compliance, and cost targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in product discovery, requirements definition, and roadmap planning, with the ability to align product decisions to business goals.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver products on time and within scope.

Ability to interpret market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to drive product improvements and measure success.

Proficiency in basic project management practices, including prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Solid problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and comfort making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; product management or agile certifications are a plus.

Prior experience in a product management, business analysis, or related role in manufacturing, industrial, or technology-driven environments is beneficial.
