Product Manager Finance Ledger The Product Manager – Finance Ledger is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of Bank’s core financial ledger capabilities, ensuring accuracy, control, and regulatory compliance across all financial products.

Key Accountabilities

- Own the design and evolution of the general ledger and subledger .

- Define posting logic, chart of accounts, balances, and reconciliation processes

- Ensure alignment with accounting standards, audit, and regulatory requirements

- Partner closely with Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams

- Maintain robust financial controls, audit trails, and data integrity

Skills & Experience

- Proven Product Management experience within banking or fintech

- Strong understanding of doubleentry accounting and ledger systems

- Experience working with core banking, payments, or financial platforms

- Ability to operate in a regulated, controldriven environment
