About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Product Manager who has core experience in Product Management and is excited to build and enhance technology products from concept to launch. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.

Important: This position is strictly for candidates with actual Product Management experience. Candidates with only Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator backgrounds without core Product Management responsibilities will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Gather, validate, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Analyze product performance using metrics and customer feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Drive sprint planning and backlog prioritization with development teams.
- Ensure timely product releases while maintaining quality standards.
- Work with internal teams to align product strategy with business objectives.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of hands-on Product Management experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating PRDs, product roadmaps, and user stories.
- Ability to translate business requirements into product features.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar product management tools.
- Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience working with SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or B2B products is an advantage.
