Job Summary

Were looking for a Product Manager to join our Lending team and drive the personal loans and credit product experience. Youll independently own key parts of the lending journey working closely with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and business teams to build products that are straightforward, compliant, and genuinely useful for our users.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently own the product roadmap for specific lending journeys (e.g., loan application flow, eligibility checks, disbursal, repayment, collections experience)

- Translate business and regulatory requirements (RBI digital lending guidelines, KYC, FLDG norms) into detailed product specs and drive them through to launch

- Partner with engineering and design to ship features end-to-end, balancing user experience with regulatory and risk constraints

- Own funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and cohort behaviour to identify and resolve friction points across the loan lifecycle

- Work closely with risk and credit teams to understand underwriting logic and translate it into product decisions

- Manage relationships with lending partners (NBFCs/banks) and internal compliance to ensure product changes meet regulatory requirements

- Design and run A/B tests to improve onboarding, KYC, and disbursal conversion





- Mentor junior PMs or associate PMs on specs, prioritization, and stakeholder management (as applicable)

- Present roadmap updates, metrics, and insights to leadership on a regular cadence

What Were Looking For

- 23 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ownership of lending, personal loans, or credit products (fintech, NBFC preferred)

- Solid understanding of the end-to-end lending lifecycle application, KYC, underwriting, disbursal, repayment/collections

- Working knowledge of RBI digital lending guidelines and how regulatory constraints shape product decisions

- Strong analytical skills comfortable independently running funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and SQL queries

- Proven ability to write clear PRDs and drive cross-functional execution with minimal oversight

- Experience collaborating directly with partner lending banks and NBFCs
