Brexy is seeking an AI-first Product Manager to lead the design, planning, and delivery of intelligent products built specifically for financial services and capital markets with AI at the core from day one.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, product, engineering, project execution, and finance. You will take an AI-first approach to product development, identifying where LLMs, AI agents, intelligent automation, and financial data can fundamentally improve existing workflows rather than simply adding AI as a feature. You will work closely with AI engineers, full-stack developers, product designers, and financial domain experts to build AI-native products that transform how financial professionals research, analyze, evaluate, and execute high-stakes decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Delivery
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and problem definition through development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, requirements, and success metrics for AI-first financial products.
Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured delivery plans.
Identify opportunities where AI, LLMs, agents, automation, and financial data can fundamentally improve existing workflows.
Drive AI-first product initiatives across financial research, deal intelligence, document processing, workflow automation, and decision support.
Lead the product design of AI agents and intelligent workflow systems for banking, finance, and capital markets use cases.
Define and prioritize MVPs, feature releases, and product iterations based on business impact and user needs. Project & Execution Management
Own project planning, execution, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery across multiple product initiatives.
Break complex product initiatives into clear phases, deliverables, tasks, and measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain product roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Use Jira to manage epics, user stories, tasks, sprint boards, dependencies, blockers, and delivery tracking.
Track project progress and proactively identify delays, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Coordinate multiple engineering and product workstreams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Quality, Risk & Release Management
Define acceptance criteria and ensure features meet business and product requirements.
Coordinate QA, user acceptance testing, bug triage, and release validation.
Identify delivery risks early, including scope creep, unclear requirements, technical constraints, data limitations, and stakeholder delays.
Maintain structured risk trackers, change logs, dependency trackers, and decision logs.
Manage release readiness and ensure critical dependencies are addressed before launch.
Track post-release adoption, product performance, and user feedback.
Drive product iterations and improvements based on measurable outcomes.
Process & Execution Excellence
Continuously improve product development and project delivery frameworks.
Build scalable operating processes across product, engineering, and business teams.
Establish lightweight governance for documentation, approvals, and decision-making.
Improve delivery predictability, execution velocity, and cross-functional collaboration.
Help build a disciplined product operating cadence as Brexy scales.
Support the development of internal platforms incorporating AI, automation, financial data, and intelligent workflows.
Required QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong foundational understanding of either technology or finance, with the ability to operate effectively across both.
Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, or a closely related role.
Meaningful experience working with banking, finance, fintech, capital markets, enterprise SaaS, or financial technology products.
Demonstrated experience building or shipping AI-enabled or AI-first products.
Proven track record of managing complex projects involving engineering and cross-functional teams.
Strong preference for candidates who have shipped AI/ML-powered features into production.
Deep familiarity with financial workflows such as investment banking, capital markets, credit, lending, financial research, sales and origination, or related domains.
