Job Title: Associate Manager / Manager – Product (Growth & Conversion)

Job Location: Amity University Noida, Sector 125

- Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale the student acquisition and conversion journey across digital platforms. This role will focus on improving conversion rates, optimizing user journeys, and driving measurable business outcomes across the funnel: Lead → Application → Admission

Key Responsibilities:

- Product & Journey Optimization
- Improve application form and payment journeys
- Build guided user flows and nudges
- Optimize mobile-first experience
- Experimentation & Growth
- Design and execute A/B tests
- Test messaging, UX changes, and conversion levers
- Build a structured experimentation roadmap
- Marketing Automation & CRM
- Work with CRM, WhatsApp, and email tools
- Build lifecycle journeys (nurture, recovery, re-engagement)
- Improve lead engagement

Qualifications & Experience





- 3–10 years of experience in Product / Growth / Digital roles
- Experience in EdTech, consumer internet, marketplaces, or B2C preferred
- Exposure to CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
