- Own and drive the Sentinel product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
- Gather, analyse, and translate customer requirements into product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Lead product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and solution presentations for enterprise customers.
- Design customer-centric solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Support enterprise sales by preparing RFPs, RFIs, PoCs, security questionnaires, and solution proposals.
- Act as the product subject matter expert during customer engagements.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with UK and international enterprise customers.
- Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing customer success initiatives.
- Liaise with customers, Sales, Engineering, AI, and Leadership teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends.
- Research AI, Risk Intelligence, KYC/KYB, AML, Financial Crime, and Continuous Monitoring technologies.
- Recommend innovative product enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Deliver product training and enablement sessions for internal teams and customers.

Requirements





- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, AML, Financial Crime, Risk Intelligence, and Continuous Monitoring .
- Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and solution design skills.
- Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
- Understanding of APIs, AI products, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations. Preferred
- Experience working with UK/European enterprise clients.
- Exposure to AI, RegTech, FinTech, Compliance, or Risk Intelligence platforms.
- Commercial mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
