Title: Strategic Academic & Curriculum Coordinator (Product Head - IAD)

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Role Overview The Strategic Academic & Curriculum Coordinator will be responsible for strengthening academic quality, curriculum enhancement, student engagement, and centre development across DreamZone centres. The role also involves supporting new product development, industry collaborations, and strategic academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Curriculum Support

- Conduct academic audits and support curriculum delivery across centres.
- Mentor faculties and ensure design quality standards.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic innovation aligned with industry trends.

Current Product Development

- Support development of new courses, workshops, and certification programs.
- Research market trends and recommend new learning initiatives.

Student Engagement & Workshops

- Plan and coordinate workshops, expert talks, industry visits, and student engagement activities.
- Strengthen student participation and learning experiences.

Marketing & Academic Coordination

- Provide academic and creative inputs for marketing campaigns and student showcase activities.




- Coordinate with marketing and centre teams for academic branding initiatives.

Centre Support & Coordination

- Guide centres on academic implementation and support centres requiring higher-level intervention.
- Coordinate with Zone Managers, corporate teams, and external partners.

Industry & Institutional Linkages

- Build relationships with industry experts and organisations for collaborations and academic partnerships.

Skills Required

- Solid academic and curriculum development knowledge.
- Good communication, mentoring, and coordination skills.
- Understanding of creative education and industry trends.

Ability to manage multiple centres and stakeholders Languages known: English, Kannada & Hindi
