Role Overview:

As a Product Engineer in the Embedded Finance team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and refinement of financial modules that integrate into our partner ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive, high-performance technical solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence the user experience for thousands of end-users, ensuring that our financial products are not only robust and secure but also frictionless and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build scalable backend components using PHP and Python to support high-frequency financial transactions and data processing.




- Collaborate with UX designers to implement front-end interfaces that simplify complex financial workflows for end-users.
- Optimize MySQL database schemas to ensure data integrity, security, and high performance across all embedded finance modules.
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping to deployment and iterative improvement based on user feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks to maintain system reliability and uptime for our enterprise partners.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in backend development using PHP and Python, with a strong understanding of building RESTful APIs.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize relational databases using MySQL, ensuring efficient query performance and data security.
- Strong grasp of product engineering principles, with a focus on creating modular, maintainable, and scalable codebases.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and user-centric design, ensuring that UX considerations are integrated into the development process.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metro-based office workplace, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in software development or product engineering roles.
