Role Description The Product Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for supporting the development of new food processing machinery and improving existing products by conducting market and customer research, gathering technical and functional requirements, and collaborating closely with engineering and production teams. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, benchmarking competitor products, assisting in the design and testing of prototypes, and documenting product specifications and performance data.

The specialist will coordinate with sales, service, and quality teams to incorporate customer feedback, enhance product reliability,



and support product launches. The role also involves preparing technical materials and internal reports to ensure that new products align with company goals of higher productivity, reduced wastage, and optimal power efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Product Management skills to identify opportunities and guide product roadmaps.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.

Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) experience to support prototype design, testing, and product improvement.

Degree in engineering, food technology, agricultural engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Understanding of food processing machinery, manufacturing processes, or industrial equipment is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with productivity and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, basic data analysis software) and attention to detail in technical reporting.
